This position requires work to be completed in-person at a 40,000 square foot office building.


Part-Time (15-30 hours/week, applicant choice, hours and days are very flexible)

Wage: $17.00-20.00/hour, based on individual's education and experience

Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurances (if working 30 hours per week or more)


Primary Duties:

  • Provide day-to-day facility upkeep for 40,000 square foot building with multiple tenants
    • Cleaning, floor care, trash removal, changing lightbulbs, filter replacement, basic restroom maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinate building service needs with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed
  • Serve as primary contact for all required inspections and keep updated inspection records
  • Maintain security access for all users of building, including distribution of keycards and managing alarm system
  • Ensure proper HVAC functioning and maintenance for 70+ heat pumps using software program and contacting HVAC vendor when work is needed
  • Complete special projects as needed to maintain property
    • Interior painting, moving furniture, etc.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security systems, and elevators, required
    • No certification needed, as this role will coordinate with contracted vendors
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently, required
  • Responsibilities may include some early morning or late evening work in emergent situations
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
  • Must be able to work overhead at heights
