Starting wage is based on individual's education and experience

Position can accommodate a rage of 21-30 hours per week (candidate's choice) - Schedule to be determined at time of offer

  • Part-Time = 21-29 hours/week = time off eligible; not benefit eligible
  • Full-Time = 30-37.5 hours/week = time off eligible AND benefit eligible

This position requires work to be completed in client homes and in an office setting (Dane County, WI area), with the possibility of completing some work remotely once job-competency has been demonstrated.

Primary Duties:

  • Direct Client Contact:
    • Providing mental health assessments, treatment plan development, individual counseling, and crisis intervention as needed. Provide ongoing education to consumers on self-management techniques, symptom management, and crisis development. Complete file documentation and billing records in various platforms/modules.
  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)/Consultation:
    • May provide SAP services for Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) clients. May provide consultation and education to CLA team members and providers working with consumers.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or related field, required.
  • Current license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other related professional certification in the State of WI, required.
  • 2 years SAP experience, required.
  • 2 years experience in Case Management and working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, chronic health conditions, or seniors, required
  • Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) credential in Dane County WI, strongly desired
