Community Living Alliance (CLA) is looking for an individual to fill a part-time (full time in the summer) in-home caregiving position in the Oregon community. Do you love working with children? Our After School In-Home Caregiver position is to help a child after school at 3 until about 5 or 6 pm (flexible end time) & potentially on the weekends (also flexible!) The family is also looking for help during the summer when the client is not in school!
Whether you are a seasoned caregiver or have never provided cares previously, CLA will provide personalized training for duties in the home & cares pertaining the client.

While each person is unique and has different care needs, below is a sample of personal cares you may provide while caring for an individual at Community Living Alliance:
- Meal preparation
- Personal cares
- i.e. bowel programs, hoyer transfers, bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing/undressing, etc.
- Provide assistance with household chores
- Vacuuming, Dusting, Laundry, etc.
- Complete required documentation of records of care
In-Home Caregiving helps someone remain independent and in their own home. Caregivers express that their work is extremely rewarding and gives them a sense of worth being able to help others. The work you do every day as an in-home caregiver has a purpose and helps another individuals.
- Pay starts at $14/ hr
- No Overnight Shifts
- Flexible Schedule
- Holiday Pay (Can make up to $21/hr on Holidays!)
- Benefits if working 30+ hour
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Smart Phone
- Access to reliable transportation (Bus, Bike, Your Car, etc)
- Capable of lifting/moving 35 pounds
